To educate and entertain the residents of Union County, as well as others, about the values of Visual Fine Arts, Crafts, and the Performing Arts and 

To integrate the rich history and talents of Union County found in fine arts and crafts, music, and dance so that people will be stimulated

To explore on their own and discover the rich benefits that the Arts will provide for them  in their community and

To share this heritage to encourage tourism in Union County.
